How to convert Ghost file to VMPlayer

Step 1: into CMD mode
Step 2: run following string and convert GHO file to VMDK format
ghost32 -clone,mode=restore,src=D:\Ghost\WIN7-64\WIN7-64.gho,dst=myimage.vmdk

Step 3: Run VMPlayer
Step 4: Create a new Virtual Machine.
Step 5: into Hardware setting, and ADD a new harddisk as the new VMDK file, and delete the one.
Step 6: Reboot the Virtual Machine
